What happens if I receive a defective item?
At White Domus Designs we have strict quality control in our premises, ensuring always the highest quality of all our products. In the unlikely event that you receive your artwork with scratches you can contact us for a replacement of the damaged piece. Please note that we only accept replacement requests within the first twentyfour (24) hours of receiving the item, and that the claim must be accompanied by photographs of the damaged piece or videographic evidence.
Please note that the dents around your artwork are organic and a part of our design language and therefore do not constitute a defect in the artwork.
What is White Domus Designs Cancellation policy?
I just placed an order but I want to modify it.
There are slight modifications that can be accommodated to your artwork if communicated to the team on time, such as change of colour or adding more items to the artwork.
