Eligibility to use the website

By using this website, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and are legally capable of entering into binding contracts under applicable Indian law.


Products and descriptions

White Domus offers handcrafted wall art, decorative mirrors, and sculptures. All product descriptions, images, dimensions, and finishes are provided to the best of our ability.

As each piece is handcrafted, minor variations in finish, texture, or form may occur. These variations are inherent to the making process and do not constitute defects.


Pricing and payments

All prices listed on the website are in Indian Rupees unless stated otherwise and are inclusive of applicable taxes.

We accept payments via secure third-party payment gateways. White Domus does not store or process sensitive payment information such as card numbers, CVV, or PINs.

Payment must be completed in full before production begins.

Orders and customisation

All White Domus products are made to order.

Selected products may be customised in size, finish, or configuration, subject to design feasibility. Customisation details will be confirmed prior to production.

Once production has commenced, orders cannot be modified or cancelled except at our sole discretion.

Shipping and delivery

Estimated production and delivery timelines are provided at the time of order. While we aim to meet these timelines, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control.

White Domus shall not be held liable for delays caused by logistics partners, weather conditions, customs clearance, or unforeseen circumstances.

Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon delivery.


Returns and cancellations

As all products are made to order, we do not accept returns.

Cancellations may be considered only if requested immediately after placing the order and before production has begun.

In the event of transit damage, customers must notify us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photographic evidence of the damage and packaging. Eligible cases will be reviewed and addressed accordingly.


Warranty

White Domus provides a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship.

The warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Accidental damage

  • Improper installation

  • Unauthorised modifications

  • Mishandling or misuse


Intellectual property

All content on this website, including images, text, designs, logos, and artwork, is the intellectual property of White Domus Designs LLP.

No content may be copied, reproduced, modified, or distributed without prior written consent.


User conduct

You agree not to:

  • Misuse the website or its content

  • Upload or transmit malicious code

Our total liability shall not exceed the value of the product purchased.
