Refund policy

Cancellations

As each White Domus piece is made to order, cancellations are only possible if requested immediately after placing the order and before production begins. Once production has started, cancellations cannot be accommodated.

Returns

We do not accept returns, as all White Domus artworks are produced specifically for each order.

Damaged items

If your artwork arrives damaged, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery, along with clear photographic evidence of the damage and packaging. Eligible cases will be reviewed, and a replacement will be arranged where appropriate.

Refunds

Refunds are only issued in cases where a replacement is not possible and the issue is verified. Refunds are processed to the original payment method.
